Local Workforce Development


CNL is committed to ensuring at least 80% of its workforce consists of Nigerian nationals. We will invest in training, apprenticeships, and mentorship programs to build technical expertise and leadership in the oil and gas industry.


Procurement & Supplier Development


CNL prioritizes sourcing at least 60% of goods and services from Nigerian manufacturers and suppliers. We support joint ventures between local and international firms to enhance indigenous participation in oil and gas projects.


Technology Transfer & Capacity Building


We facilitate knowledge transfer agreements and local research and development (R&D) investments to strengthen Nigerian technical capabilities. Our partnerships with educational institutions and industry leaders drive innovation and competitiveness.


Community Engagement & CSR


CNL actively invests in community development projects such as education, technology, healthcare, wellbeing, and environmental and infrastructure. We ensure host communities benefit from our operations through sustainable and inclusive initiatives.


 Compliance & Monitoring

To uphold NCDMB requirements, we will:

    Maintain a Nigerian Content Compliance Unit for implementation and oversight.

    Submit quarterly reports on employment, procurement, and local content performance.
